Terrible phone etiquette. They picked up the phone and said hello, which I then asked if they were Zaid Travel. The response to my question was replied with "WHY?" I then asked again, " Is this a travel agency and then the person on the phone said yes. Finally I asked if they handled visa services and the reply was, "I dont know boss."

What type of service are they providing if they can't even speak properly to potential customers?

I asked for a manager or supervisor and they explained there was none available and they can have them call me back if I left a number.
