Every single worker I have bumped into there are 100% rude and snoody. A piece of advice..if you don't like working 1-1 with people, interacting with people, you hate your job, or you are racist against certain groups...maybe its time for you to find another job..maybe one that no one has to see your face. No one wants to deal with you!!! Yes, you and everyone in city hall.

I am researching how I can file a complaint against these workers, something preferably with someone outside of the city hall management. You all need to attend 101 customer service skills and learn how to treat us at least "normal".
Whenever i go to pay my water bill at the window, the lady looks like she is really pissed off. I always greet to cheer her up.
